IMPORTANT: Apartments have specific requirements to get approved
The income approval is most challenging ~ Be prepared before you apply:
1. Have a solid co-signer with good credit, and income of 4 to 5 x the monthly rent
2. Have a job transfer to Arizona showing income of 3 x the monthly rent amount ~ Military housing allowance counts as income
3. Pay 3 to 6 months up front + security deposit ~ some properties will allow this with verified income
4. Purchase a second home or condo in the area ~ we can help with purchasing selling and leasing
Roommates ~ we have a monthly roommate list ~ ask me
We will try to match you up with another CRAS student with your start date
Apartments and some private condos are available & some furnished options
All persons at the property & cosigners will be on the lease
Utilities are NOT included ~ estimate $150 per person ~ rates will vary
