IMPORTANT: Apartments have specific requirements to get approved
The income approval is most challenging ~ Be prepared before you apply:
1. Have a solid co-signer with good credit, and income of 4 to 5 x the monthly rent
2. Have a job transfer to Arizona showing income of 3 x the monthly rent amount ~ Military housing allowance counts as income
3. Pay 3 months up front + security deposit ~ some properties will allow this with verified income
4. Purchase a second home or condo in the area ~ we can help with purchasing selling and leasing

We will try to match you up with another CRAS student with your start date
Apartments and private condos are available non furnished and furnished options
All persons at the property & cosigners will be on the lease
