The income approval can be challenging ~ Be prepared before you apply:
1. Have a solid co-signer with good credit, and income of 4 to 5 x the monthly rent
2. Have a job that transfers to AZ with pay stubs showing income of 3 x the monthly rent amount ~ Military housing allowance counts as income
3. Pay 3 to 6 months up front + security deposit ~ some properties allow this with verified income
4. Purchase a second home or condo in the area ~ we can help with purchasing & leasing
If you cannot qualify, look for a room for rent on the Get Ready to be CRAS Facebook page & ask me to add you to the roommate list
We will try to match you up with another CRAS student with your start date
All persons at the property & cosigners will be on the lease
